REFERRALS

We understand that a new placement may be a daunting experience for Service Users and their families. We are committed to ensuring that the admission process is as smooth and streamlined as it can possibly be, causing minimal disruption to all involved.

 

We achieve this through effectively managing new referrals via our dedicated Business Development Department, who coordinate the entire process between all Professionals, Families and Significant Others, with the best interest of the Service User at the forefront of all decision-making.

VCS visits existing placement

STEP 4

Service User, Social Worker/Family, visit VCS 

STEP 5

Placement is agreed.
 

STEP 6

Transition begins over an agreed period.

Admission date arrives.
